Hi, I think the org.wso2.carbon.transaction.manager.feature also should be installed in the p2 profile gen. Similar fix is done for AS in r124058<http://wso2.org/svn/browse/wso2/carbon/platform/trunk/products/as/modules/p2-profile-gen/product/pom.xml?revision=124058&view=markup&pathrev=124058>. Please refer [1]. That should solve the problem.
