This change was part of the solution we did to get the script mediator working (see the related thread). I'll give a quick resolution by adding resolution:=optional to this. But in the long run we should fix the tasks feature not to import the synapse extensions bundle. Synapse extensions bundle is no use outside the ESB. It has a few mediators and the Hessian code.
