An example of such a custom image could be a mashup of our existing services for example as/ms etc correct?. In such a scenario allowing user to create a container template(image) for that can be done(with some more work because currently we create the image off line).
For non wso2 product hosting, it needs some explanation. Our current plan is to have one additional service for tenant, called Non-WSO2 product hosting service. In the home page of this service the non wso2 application upload page is something following -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Select application to upload (browse the app file. This could be a php zip, Jboss app etc) - Select no of containers (drop down list to select) - Select template (drop down list to select image) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Currently we have planned pre-configured templates (php, jboss etc). But if we give the tenant to upload his own images then that image will be shown in the above drop down list once the image is uploaded. So if he select that template then a container from that template will be created.
