GReg update.
1. Build status
All registry related carbon kernel and component stuff builds with
tests.
The product builds successfully with all integration tests. * But facing
to sudden and quite rare random integration failures(two of which we have
currently excluded ) .
2. Test status - any failing commented out tests. Jira links if so
BackwardAssociationHandlerTestCase and WSDLTestCase has excluded from
build which is still couldn't reproduce even in a clean repo build.

3. Code coverage - current coverage figures
- In terms of lines - 39% ,
- in terms of methods - 46%
- In terms of classes - 57%
4. Status & severity of pending L1s/L2s
- 10L1s and 5 L2s
