Hi Subash, I'm not expecting this to be a JDK 7 issue (it can - but the probability is low). Can you validate, PATH entries, Caching, and the resource permissions in the QA instance. May be something is deliberately, mistakenly or unknowingly messed up. If its, #1, we can't help of course, :).. If it's #2 check into docs and validate, and if its #3, check for possible bugs that lead to this.
