Runtime information sharing is what we call state replication in Axis2
clustering terminology. All clusters don't need to have that enabled. Axis2
clustering can do much more that state replication only. It can be used as
a messaging mechanism between nodes in a cluster, for example, notifying
other nodes to do a depsync update if they detected & committed any local
changes. In theory, depsync can run as a task on nodes doing as many
depsync updates as they wish. In practice, this places high & unnecessary
strain on the backing artifact store, causing it to eventually fail. This
has been discussed before in great detail over the past many months.
