As Ishan mentioned samples also cover some mediators and ESB team is
planning to get rid of these tests in future, so lets allow product team to
cover mediators though samples.

QA test plan is more comprehensive and contain negative tests for mediators
as well. You all better strict to the QA plan and proceed with automation.
