This is fixed now. The complication arose with some tomcat dependency
exclusions that were put earlier to avoid a compilation error. The root
cause has been fixed to not to need the dependency exclusion by creating a
separate orbit bundle in Kernel for JDBC-Pool library. I've run the Kernel
Core tests and also did a smoke test with a product, and everything seems
OK. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
