As I understand from this discussion so far, I think Achala should use the svn-client-adapter if the need is a way to access subversion. What happens in svn-client-adapter is that if it can find a svnkit implementation it will use that. Otherwise there are two other implementations that it support. So, use svn-client-adapter, and recommend users to add a *bundled* svnkit. Until we have a separate p2-repo, read this blog post [1] to get the svnkit bundle.
