Yes Yumani,
If you are testing registry mounting on a local cluster environment,
you should test with replicated cache enable.(We always recommend and by
default we enable registry caching )
Because there can be occasions when u do a modification on R/W node and the
changes not get reflected on slave nodes due to not having cluster
level replicated cache enable. (In a carbon cluster each carbon instance
has its own cache (not a centralized one) and infinispan responsible to
sync the caches)
