Can you please eleborate this specific issue

1. Why we should allow boundary string to be quoted ,any specific reason
for this?
2. What do you mean by introp issues? are we seen any
abnormal behavior if boundary is not quoted ?
As you see in below I did upload operation via ESB these are the
headers in outgoing request when uploading multiparty, haven't seen any
differed behavior, would appreciate a kind response ASAP
e.g

*Content-Type: multipart/form-data;
boundary=---------------------------120601865515200857971825287185*
Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8
