Hi, Currently we set the KEEP_SERVICE_HISTORY_PARAM to true when removing a proxy service from the ESB source view. This causes the issue reported at https://wso2.org/jira/browse/ESBJAVA-1358. When we create a new proxy which has the same name of a deleted proxy (from source view), the QoS configuration of the deleted proxy gets attached to the new proxy.
