Hi Tharindu,
AFAIU the org.wso2.carbon.webapp.list.ui component was not deployed as it's
not listed as a module in 4.0.0 components/webapp-mgt/pom.xml
Following modules defined in the webapp-mgt pom are all deployed;
<modules>
<module>org.wso2.carbon.webapp.mgt/4.0.0</module>
<module>org.wso2.carbon.webapp.mgt.ui/4.0.0</module>
<module>org.wso2.carbon.webapp.deployer/4.0.0</module>
<module>org.wso2.carbon.jaxws.webapp.deployer/4.0.0</module>
<module>org.wso2.carbon.jaxws.webapp.mgt/4.0.0</module>
<module>org.wso2.carbon.jaxws.webapp.mgt.ui/4.0.0</module>
</modules>
