Earlier we don't have a way to load the Carbon data-sources if any of
data-sources get faulty while initializing them. Now we modified code to
handle this and we load all data-sources and display in UI. We have added a
new filed in Carbon data-source UI to hold the status of data-source. If
data-source initialization fails then we show the data-source status as
"Error" and if it initialized successfully then we show the data-source
status as "Active".

Dinusha.
