Hi G-Reg team,
There seems to be a issue with graceful restart. i added a wait
after graceful restart which will check jvm halting message. But wait
doesn't help when restarting the server several times.Server prints
"Waiting for server task completion..." and wait forever.

Waiting for deployment completion...

Waiting for server task completion...
Nothing happens after this line and server get hang.
I have a pack with which can be used to reproduce this issue. Please talk
to me if anyone going to fix this.
