Yes this remains an issue even with the older solution (temp directory
deployment) done by Isuru. Anyways issue would be other mgt node  won't see
the CApp in CApp listing, rest of the artifacts would be synced and
available.
We need to figure out a better approach if we are to have two mgt nodes.
But AFAIK we have never tested with two mgt nodes and there would many more
issues with dep-sync, etc.

So If we are to go with two node deployment, better test it now and fix all
issues.
