Actually this jar is there in dist : http://dist.wso2.org/maven2/org/apache/cassandra/apache-cassandra/1.1.3-wso2v1/ (however the jar has been updated very recently somehow)
Need to run a sync for our maven repos. @Dhanushka can you please run a repo sync?
