We have databridge.publisher feature in Manager. Reason for that is we have added usage agent to Manager. But we are now considering whether usage.agent is required by the Manager (it doesn't host services, but it has registry browsing capabilities, so we might want to capture usage data related to registry).
Is this file needed by the publisher feature also? or the publisher feature inclodes the core feature I guess.
