Hi Samisa, Yes true and even this issue is a problem. We track LC history but activity search and LC history are not the same things and should not be confused. I found two issues, left one and resolved the other. We miss two things.
1. Reporting around things we know already. We need more OOTB report types in addition to metadata and activity search. This issue discussed here is to track that. 2. We need a better UI for LC transition history. You have reported a separate issue on that. Thanks, Senaka.
