That is strange, because I get it correctly, like the following:
[2012-10-11 12:06:50,652] INFO
{org.wso2.carbon.coordination.core.services.impl.ZKCoordinationService} -
Coordination service disabled.
For some reason, all your "coordination" occurrences has been replaced with
"coordition", notice the class name also.

The log level was put in INFO level intentionally for the users to see if
the coordination component is enabled using the configuration file or not.
Much like we put a log mentioning we have enabled clustering or not.
Anyways, I can put it as a DEBUG log if required.
