Hi Ruchira, Axis2 deployment engine is responsible for initializing the Deployers. I.e. During initialization of the Carbon core bundle, we initiate the Axis2 Deployment engine.
Therefore you might have to initialize the dependencies before the start of Carbon Core bundle. Thanks, Sameera.
