Hi,
1) UTF support issues are failing due to recent change in IS and L1 [1] has
been created for it.
2)
testCreateService(org.wso2.carbon.registry.governance.api.test.FilterServicesTestCase)
and related others are failing due to assertion failure and have identified
the cause.
3) testConsoleSubscription is fine when run stand alone and needs to dig
more to find what makes it failing.
