This seems to be in other products too. e.g. ESB... And this configuration
comes from carbon-home/repository/conf/axis2/tenant-axis2.xml in kernel.
I'm removing the line :
<deployer extension=".dbs" directory="dataservices"
class="org.wso2.carbon.dataservices.core.DBDeployer"/>
