Is store in store/gadgets/ and
/store/gadgets/prefs/{user}/{gadget-uuid}/{pref-name} the application name
space?
So that, if a jaggery application 'foo' wants to store its own gadgets it
should go under foo/gadgets/ ?

Once we move to Asset store, Gadgets will be saved at
/store/gadgets/
and user prefs will be stored at
/store/gadgets/prefs/{user}/{gadget-uuid}/{pref-name}
And we will be using the governance space.

This model will change a bit, Gadget will be stored as assets in the asset
store. Only user preferences will be saved in the UEC spesific location. ideally
/_system/config/repository/uec/users/nuwan/gadgets
