I started MB server first, and then tried starting BAM server and it fails
to do so [1].
I copied "cassandra.yaml" and "cassandra-component.xml" to
repository/conf/etc folder and seems it doesn't read them. :-( (BTW,
shouldn't these be in BAM distribution?)
Also, when MB server starts up it kills Cassandra server [2] since it has
"-Ddisable.cassandra.server.startup=true" in start-up script. But this
doesn't free up the Cassandra storage server port i.e. 7000 (You could
telnet and see that).
