Reason for this is server.oosnmp.net repository not being available. *Could not transfer artifact net.sf.saxon:saxon:pom:8.9 from/to snmp4j-repo (https://server.oosnmp.net/dist/release/): server.oosnmp.net: Unknown host server.oosnmp.net *
During the build maven tries to connect to this repo to check for some artifacts. Then the build fails because the repo is unavailable. I think this repo has become unavailable recently. So, what we can do to avoid this is grep for this repo in synapse poms and comment it out.
