If some of already created 4.0.7 platform components depend on kernel 4.0.6
then I think we can't add the 4.0.7 changes back to 4.0.6 components and
not release kernel 4.0.6 (otherwise the platform 4.0.6 build could break).
Then I guess we have to go with the previous option of creating 4.0.7
components and have it built with kernel 4.0.6.

@Pradeep, do you have any opinion on a better solution for this?
