Hi Amila,

I had a chat with Miyuru and discovered that in order for endpoints to be
picked up by synapse they need to be in this format[1]. Right now AF stores
end-points as name-value pairs so it breaks inside synapse.

We'll track it as a feature and discuss in product council today and get it
implemented.
