I'm just curious to know how this can be done? Is it going to at per tenant
level?

Also I believe here you are talking about versioning support of synapse.xml
but not others such as proxies etc. Because proxy services are also axis2
services and axis2 will not allow to have two service with the same name as
it will throw service already exists error.

So user can then deploy specific version of synapse file to the staging

Does this mean that a user can also have two or more different versions of
synapse configuration (synapse.xml) per stage, say development, and select
one of the version to be available at that stage?
