Where do you see these logs? I can't see them in branch https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/carbon/platform/branches/4.1.0/components/stratos/org.wso2.carbon.stratos.cloud.controller/2.1.1/src/main/java/org/wso2/carbon/stratos/cloud/controller/impl/CloudControllerServiceImpl.java??
