Hi,
In case of AS we had earlier planned to release on top of 4.0.x and we created a 5.1.0 version there, but later it was decided AS 5.1.0 is to be released with platform 4.1.0. Seems the previously created 5.1.0 is there in the 4.0.x svn still, but its not added to the build and won't have any impact there.
