Note that if running in multi-tenant mode, the API Gateway needs to be run with NHTTP transport (default transport is pass-through). Switching to nhttp can be done by overriding the axis2.xml (AM_HOME/repository/conf/axis2/axis2.xml) file with the axis2.xml_NHTTP file. Similarly, switching back to pass-through can be done by overriding the axis2.xml with the axis2.xml_PT file.
