Why we need this improvements for carbon - When we need to call Axis2 services using JS environment, one use case is we are going to write Operational Center as a jaggery app and OC need to talk to Cluster Manager Admin Services. 3. Can get rid of stubs. 4. If this can be generalized, this can be used with any message format theoretically
