Hi, Checked the logs on staging for past few days.There are number of occurances of this issue .But not in the file mentioned in the beginning of this thread. In this thread, file is /appmgt/site/blocks/application/add/ajax/add.jag. But in the staging,there are several files have been subjected to this issue.
