I have added an API via Chrome's REST Client to the API
publisher. Then I deleted the API manually from the API publisher UI.
Then I invoke the following REST Call from REST client to check whether the
API has been deleted,

http://10.200.2.110:9763/publisher/site/blocks/life-cycles/ajax/life-cycles.jagaction=isAPIOlderVersionExist&provider=admin&name=resource
&version=1.0.0

The above has been added and deleted. When I execute the above call, the
following Response has been received.
{"message" : null, "error" : true}
But the "error" param should be false.
