Hi,

I do not think that this is a bug. There are two facts

1) You have a wrong server role in the CAPP.

2)  It has deployed without an error and says deployed 0 artifacts.

Therefore CAPP does not have artifacts to be deployed in that particular
server so it finishes its deployment life cycle there. It is a legimate
state and not a bug.
