Hi Kasun,

Even Carbon distribution has axis2 service deployment. If you drop an aar
file to the deployment/server/axis2services directory then the service will
get deployment. In fact this functionality is there in all the Carbon based
products. But the UI support is only there in AS.

There we don't need to worry about the decoupling Axis2 deployment engine
from Carbon at the moment. We are planning to do that in the next release.
