We can remove the transport mgt ui but per-service transports add/remove functionality also comes with this feature. I believe we need that such that users can modify transports without bothering about services.xml etc. Specially this is useful for data services etc. We need this one, right? Also, see the "Remove Transport management UI?" in Dev.
