Well, you can see that no one has followed that, unfortunately. And I'm afraid this process is broken. For example, when we create the patch0002, we take a SVN copy from relevant patch0001's source (if there's any). But the guide says nothing about copying the relevant content from README.txt to the patch0002 README.txt.
