[Dev] Deployed artifacts are not checked out from GIT in to manager node when pointing to a fresh ESB cluster set up with same DBs and GIT repo

Hi,

Pls note the $subject. Issue occurs only for Manager Node but works for
worker nodes. issue is reported in [1].
