Hi Harshana; I tried devs 3.x.x..bpel editor didn't work as expected..Seems a plugin version mismatch.. i tried installing plugin directly from eclipse update site..but no luck..After switching back to devS 2.0.0, that editor works fine... It is better to check, the bpel plugin version compatibility in future releases..
