IS nested categories have been created at [1] and feature versions have
been updated at [2].

However when updating [2] I have noticed that many features that have been
released to maven repository have not been added to the feature repository
POM. My understanding is that all the new features that are to be released
in a particular chunk (server, ui and aggregate individually) have to be
added to this POM file.

E.g. "org.wso2.carbon.as.runtimes.cxf.feature" i only found
${carbon.platform.version} in the POM which is version 4.2.0. However in
the maven repository I find version 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 already released. Does
this mean the teams that released these versions have not added them to the
p2 repo? (I have already added 4.2.2 now since IS is releasing with it.
Still 4.2.1 is missing.) There were many features like that and for some
features only the aggregate feature was added and not the break down in to
server and ui.
