BTW, we also grant committership to external contributors who have been contributing to the project over a period of time. You have to sign a contributors agreement just like in the ASF. So, please keep your contributions coming. As a matter of fact, new WSO2 employees have to go through the same process of earning their karma through their contributions, and they do not get automatic committership.
