I have tried doing the $subject referring the doc link http://docs.wso2.org/display/IS460/SAML2+IdP+with+SimpleSAMLphp+Service+Provider
It seems the php app does not contain any pages. As described, I have tried accessing the url http://localhost/simplesaml and it redirected me to http://localhost/simplesaml/module.php/core/frontpage_welcome.php which is nothing but a blank page.
