[Meeting notes]

During the code review few suggestions made on current implementation.

   - How to handle runtime faults,
      - ex: during start maintenance if any runtime get failed how to
      handle that.
   - Handle required bundles on proper way.
      - On current implementation RuntimeManager waits for the required
      runtime services to get registered and this was implemented by
providing an
      additional manifest header. It was suggested to find alternative
approaches
      to handle this scenario.
