We process carbon.xml only when we launch the OSGi framework. I.e inside the Carbon base bundle. But we need workerNode property before the launch the OSGi framework. I.e. inside the Carbon main jar.
So IMV easiest option would be the put this property in the server startup script files. Lets keep the portOffset property as it is in the carbon.xml Thanks, Sameera.
