Hi Subash, The org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.feature is planned move to carbon-identity. Since we still haven't stabilize the carbon-identity in git you'll get this error. However you could use 4.2.0 instead of 4.3.0 until we complete the stabilization which is planned after the IS 4.7.0 release (due in 2nd week of April).
