Hi Devs, ESB team is planning to depreciate the Callout Mediator[1] from ESB 4.9.0 onward and use Call Mediator[2] as substitute for it. This decision has been taken due to the performance and reliability of the call mediator. Unlike the Callout mediator, the Call mediator leverages the non-blocking transports for much greater performance.
Having said that, We will continue to support the backward compatibility for Callout mediator in ESB 4.9.0. if there is any concern, Please use email thread as a discussion platform.
