convention and the 30 character rule

SP_IDP_IS_SAMLSSO_USER_ID_IN_CLAIMS > SP_IDP_SAMLSSO_UID_IN_CLAIMS

SP_IDP_IS_OIDC_USER_ID_IN_CLAIMS > SP_IDP_IS_OIDC_UID_IN_CLAIMS

IS_FB_USER_ID_IN_CLAIMS > SP_IDP_IS_FB_UID_IN_CLAIMS

SP_IDP_IS_PASSIVE_STS_USER_ID_IN_CLAIMS > SP_IDP_PSVE_STS_UID_IN_CLAIMS
