Hi Isura, When I was in support I worked on a similar support issue. To the above support issue the client had an Oracle IDM environemnt. But in this case it doesn't matter which environment it involves since this issue occurred due to huge number of user accounts in the database. So initially to reproduce this error I used Apache DS. If you are having something similar scenario I recommend the same. You can find a step by step guide in my blog [1] <http://tutorials-for-developers.blogspot.com/>.
